Condition & Care
The flat is not lived in like a shared house, it is run like lodgings. Cleaning follows a schedule.
- I don't want fitters, they make everything dirty.
- Understandable, plenty of operators work without standards. With us the flat is cleaned and logged after every check-out, not by feel. In between, someone from our team drops by.
- I'm afraid of damage to the apartment.
- Damage, lost keys and rent default are covered by our insurance. On top of that there is the deposit and a handover record after every change.
Neighborhood & Clientele
The people living there are tradesmen who have to be out by five. Most neighbours never notice the change.
- They're loud and cause trouble with neighbors.
- The people living there are skilled workers who start early. House rules are part of the contract, a noise sensor reports outliers, and neighbours have a number that is answered around the clock.
- I do not want complete strangers in the building.
- Bookings always go through the employer, never privately. So we know who is coming, and so does the company.
Security & Contract
You are letting to a registered limited company. The contract has a term, and the rent is written into it.

- That is our risk, not yours. You get your rent every month, whether anyone is living there or not.

- The flat is used for living in. We are the main tenant and the use stays residential.
- I want to know who lives there.
- In your landlord login you can see which company has booked and until when. Names are not shown.
What would your flat be worth to us?
Send us the address. We look at the location and come back with a figure, usually on the next working day. Nothing is binding.
