Worker accommodation for companies in Germany

kwatera24 rents furnished apartments to companies that send their people to Germany for installation work or to a construction site. kwatera24.com lists over 80 accommodations in around 60 towns, most of them for four to six people. More than 30 of them are within 40 km of Frankfurt am Main. Every apartment has a kitchen, almost all have separate beds and parking, many also have space for a van.
How booking works
- You send us an enquiry with the town, the dates and the number of people. You can do this on the page of any accommodation, by phone or via WhatsApp.
- We reply with a quote within 60 minutes between 8 am and 10 pm. Half of our quotes go out in under 25 minutes.
- The invoice is made out to your company, with VAT shown. For longer stays we invoice monthly.
- Before arrival your team gets access. Most accommodations have self check-in: nobody waits for a key handover, even if the crew only arrives late in the evening.
Online check-in and the message with the door code are also available in English. Seven accommodations can also be booked instantly online, directly on their page.
What the accommodations have
All of them have a kitchen for self-catering, and every booking is invoiced to the company. Almost all have separate beds, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, bed linen and car parking. Most also have a dishwasher and towels, many have parking for a van. What an accommodation offers exactly is shown on its page.
In our experience, a few things matter when a crew works away from home: a proper, comfortable bed to sleep well in. A kitchen with everything needed to cook. Access that simply works. Parking at the door. And quiet to recover after work. Our guests come from Poland, Romania, Germany, Slovakia and many other countries.
What it costs
Prices depend on the town and the apartment. For almost nine in ten accommodations they are between 16 and 30 euros per person per night, net, plus 7% German VAT; a few apartments in Frankfurt cost more. The exact price is shown on the page of each accommodation. An example: four workers stay 20 nights in an apartment at 20 euros per person per night. That is 1,600 euros net, 1,712 euros including VAT. Depending on the accommodation, a final cleaning fee is added. If your team stays longer, ask about long-stay terms straight away.
Framework agreements and invoices to your company
For companies that need accommodation over a longer period or again and again, we offer framework agreements. Usually in one of two forms:
- An apartment is reserved for your project, for your team only, on long-stay terms. If the project ends early, the agreement can be ended at the end of the month.
- For staffing agencies and companies with crews in changing locations: a fixed price per bed and night, we handle the search and the extensions, and you receive one collective invoice instead of many separate ones.

Around Frankfurt am Main
More than 30 of our accommodations are within 40 km of Frankfurt, among them in Frankfurt, Offenbach, Dreieich, Hanau, Rüsselsheim, Wiesbaden and Mainz. In Frankfurt there are two houses for work crews with 21 and 29 rooms, so even a large crew can live together.
Large teams and several locations
Most apartments are furnished for four to six people. For a larger crew we combine several apartments in one town. Two examples from this year: a fibre-optic rollout crew of six workers stayed in Bingen am Rhein from June to October and extended month by month. A road construction company has at times occupied five apartments at once since March, all in and around Bingen.
