From enquiry to departure – how it works
No portal ping-pong, no key handovers at 10 pm. The process is digital end to end – with real people behind it you can actually call.
1. Enquire
Location, dates, headcount – by phone, form or WhatsApp. You get a concrete quote with address and price, usually the same day.
2. Book
Confirm the quote, done. Framework agreements and consolidated invoicing for recurring deployments – a proper VAT invoice every single time.
3. Move in
Your crew receives the door code and an illustrated guide on their phone – check-in works at 11 pm too, no key handover. In the room, a digital house guide covers Wi-Fi, waste rules and the emergency number.
4. Stay supported
Throughout the stay we are reachable by phone and WhatsApp. Cleaning and damage reports run through us – you hear about issues before they become problems.
This is what it actually looks like: your crew opens the link, registers in a few steps and receives the door code plus individual Wi-Fi access on their phone.
