How it works, from enquiry to departure
No portal ping-pong, no key handover at ten at night. The process is digital throughout, with people behind it you can call.
Enquire
Place, dates, headcount: by phone, form or WhatsApp. You get a concrete offer with address and price, usually the same day.
Book
Confirm the offer, done. For recurring assignments there are framework agreements and collective invoices. A proper invoice with VAT shown is always included.
Move in
Your team gets an access code and illustrated instructions on their phone. Check-in works at eleven at night too, with no key handover. In the room a digital house guide waits with Wi-Fi details, bin rules and an emergency number.
Stay supported
During the stay we are reachable by phone and WhatsApp. Cleaning and damage reports run through us, and you hear about them before they become a problem.
This is what it actually looks like: your crew opens the link, registers in a few steps and receives the door code plus individual Wi-Fi access on their phone.
